Diagnosis: FUE Hairline and Frontal Band

This patient is a male in his 50’s with moderate thinning isolated mainly to the frontal hairline/band region. The patient was looking for a minimalistic approach and a natural restoration. He requested a rebuild of the hairline and frontal band using the FUE procedure. Since his donor was ample and the number of grafts required was minimal, we believed FUE was suitable for his case. Using manual punches of 0.8mm to 1.0mm we carefully removed 1,200 grafts and used them to densely pack the frontal band. The patient returned 12 months later and was very pleased with the transformation.
