Diagnosis: Norwood Class II Hairline Restoration

This patient presented with classic Norwood level II hair loss in the hairline area. His recession began in the “corners” of his hairline; it then jumped to the center, and left him with two “tufts” in the front surrounded by bald patches. Using the FUT technique, we utilized 1,500 grafts to densely rebuild the entire hairline area around the two “tufts.” In order to match the surrounding hair and create a seamlessly natural hairline in the front, the dense pack approach was utilized. By utilizing ultra-refined grafts, small tools, and gentle and precise graft handling under high magnification, we transplanted the entire hairline area. The patient returned 12 months later, and clearly the plan worked.
