Diagnosis: Hairline Rebuild with FUE

This patient suffered from classic minor recession in the hairline region. He also liked to wear his hair very short in the donor region on the sides and back of the scalp. Because he only required a small number of grafts for limited hair loss and wanted a shorter hair cut on the sides, the FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) technique was discussed. We decided to rebuild the hairline using 1,100 grafts via the FUE technique. The procedure went well, and the patient returned 12 months later to update us with his successful results. As you can see in the images, the FUE approached allowed the patient to keep his hair a little shorter on the sides and still provided the strong restoration required in the front. While not an option for all patients, it was a good approach for his case.
