Jim stops by for a follow up appointment at Feller Medical, PC in Great Neck, NY for some “After” photos of his results. This is Jim, a “Norwood 6” on whom we placed 7,200 grafts via strip method in 4 sessions. Now we could do this same number of grafts in just 2 sessions. His first two procedures covered the front and top. His third procedure covered the top of the crown, and his final procedure brought his hairline down about 1/2 inch. These Before and afters hair transplant photos are 13 months apart.

He had some miniturized hairs left on his hairline (probably thanks to his propecia regimen) so we decided to include them in our hair transplant restoration plan. We started his hair transplanted hairline just behind his miniturized hairs so that it would blend in well, but if he lost these miniturized hairs we knew the position of the new hairline would be appropriate on its own.
